Pipe Leak Repair Clamp
Product Overview
A Pipe Leak Repair Clamp is designed for localized sealing of leaking pipeline sections without replacing the complete pipe. It provides an external repair solution for accessible pipe defects and can be selected according to the pipe diameter, leakage area, and service conditions.
The assembly typically consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, bolts, and nuts. The clamp is positioned over the leaking section, and the fastening system compresses the gasket against the pipe surface to create a sealed repair interface.
Sealing Structure
The clamp body surrounds the outside diameter of the pipeline and provides coverage over the defective section. A sealing gasket is installed between the clamp and pipe surface to cover the leakage path.
When the fastening bolts are tightened, the clamp generates radial pressure on the gasket. The gasket conforms to the pipe surface and helps isolate the damaged area from the surrounding pipeline.
Different clamp lengths and sealing configurations can be selected according to the size and location of the leak.
