Pipeline Branch Repair Clamp
Product Overview
A Pipeline Branch Repair Clamp is designed for repairing pipeline branch areas where leakage, cracks, corrosion, or connection damage occurs. Unlike standard straight pipe repair clamps, its configuration is adapted to branch sections and can provide sealing and reinforcement around the connection area.
The clamp normally consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, bolts, and nuts. During installation, the repair assembly is positioned around the affected branch section and tightened to compress the gasket against the pipe surface.
Structure and Sealing
The clamp body can be configured according to the geometry and dimensions of the main pipe and branch pipe. A sealing gasket is positioned between the clamp and the pipe surface to cover the damaged or leaking area.
The bolted fastening structure allows controlled tightening around the pipeline. Depending on the pipeline configuration, the sealing area and clamp dimensions can be customized to accommodate different branch diameters and connection arrangements.
