Product Overview
A Branch Pipe Repair Clamp is used for localized repair of branch pipelines affected by leakage, corrosion, cracking, or mechanical damage. It provides an external sealing and reinforcement solution while avoiding complete replacement of the damaged pipe section.
The repair assembly generally consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, bolts, and nuts. The clamp is positioned around the affected branch pipe section, and the fastening system compresses the gasket against the pipe surface to form a sealed repair connection.
Structure and Sealing
The clamp body is designed according to the outside diameter of the branch pipe. A sealing gasket is placed between the clamp and pipe surface to cover the damaged area and create a continuous sealing interface.
