Product Overview
A Tee Pipe Repair Clamp is designed for localized repair of pipeline tee connections where leakage, cracking, corrosion, or mechanical damage has occurred. Its tee-shaped configuration accommodates both the main pipe and branch outlet, providing external sealing and reinforcement around the affected connection.
The repair assembly generally consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, bolts, and nuts. The clamp is positioned around the damaged tee section and tightened to compress the gasket against the pipe surface.
Structure and Sealing
The clamp body follows the geometry of the tee connection, with separate sections corresponding to the main pipe and branch pipe. A sealing gasket is placed between the clamp and pipe surface to cover the damaged area and create a sealing interface.
The bolted fastening system provides clamping force around the connection. The dimensions of the main pipe, branch outlet, sealing area, and fastening arrangement can be configured according to the pipeline structure.
