Product Overview
A Saddle Repair Clamp is used for localized pipeline maintenance where damage, leakage, cracking, or corrosion occurs around a saddle connection. Its curved body is designed to follow the outside surface of the main pipe while providing a reinforced sealing area around the affected section.
The repair assembly generally consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, bolts, and nuts. After installation, the fastening system compresses the gasket against the pipe surface to create a mechanical sealing connection.
Structure and Sealing
The saddle-shaped clamp body is formed to match the outside diameter of the main pipeline. The sealing gasket is positioned between the clamp and pipe to cover the damaged or leaking area.
The bolted fastening structure provides clamping force around the repair section. The saddle outlet can be configured according to the branch connection, allowing the clamp to accommodate different main pipe and service pipe dimensions.
