Tee Pipe Repair Clamp
Product Overview
A Tee Pipe Repair Clamp is designed for localized repair of tee-shaped pipeline connections affected by leakage, cracks, corrosion, or mechanical damage. Its multi-section structure is formed around the main pipe and branch outlet, allowing the damaged connection area to be sealed and reinforced externally.
The repair assembly typically consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, bolts, and nuts. After the clamp is positioned over the affected tee connection, the fastening system compresses the gasket against the pipe surface to form a mechanical sealing interface.
Tee Connection Structure
Unlike a standard straight Pipe Repair Clamp, a tee repair clamp is configured to accommodate the intersection of the main pipeline and branch pipe. The clamp body can include separate sealing areas for the main pipe and branch outlet.
The sealing gasket follows the pipe contours around the tee connection and covers the leakage or damaged area. The bolted fastening structure provides clamping force to hold the repair assembly in position.
